Like many folks using dropshipping, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in pretty rare instances. We’ll try to help if you made a mistake on your order, but because a third party (Printful) is printing the order on-demand, we might not be able to help. We put a size chart onto each item page, so check it before ordering if you are at all unsure. It’s t-shirts, not real estate.

How your order is made
Orders are fulfilled through the highest quality print-on-demand vendors, via Printful. Due to a variety of warehouse locations, your order may ship in different packages, at different times, from different locations.
Because we do not maintain a warehouse of excess product ourselves, once your order has been sent for printing there is not a way to alter or cancel your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order, however please know that we may not be able to alter it for you.
If your order contains a tracking number, it will be emailed to you when your order ships. However, if you have any questions about a shipment, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.
Product Damaged or Incorrect Item Received
If you have any issues with products that arrived damaged or if you received the wrong item, we’re sorry about that! Please know that we will work with you to make it right. Please let us know about \any misprinted, damaged, or defective items within 7 days after the product has been received. Drop us a line with the information affiliated with your order, such as the item you ordered, the order number, and a photo of the damaged item(s). No one likes getting damaged goods, we’ll get back to you with a resolution as quickly as we can after receiving your photos.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, or PayPal.
All products are shipped from the USA.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note if you are having your product shipped internationally, there may be a customs charge in addition to the shipping cost calculated at checkout. Because this varies by country, we are unable to know what this charge may look like. Please be aware of your nation’s customs charges.
Wrong Address or Unclaimed Delivery
If your address was entered incorrectly, or our shipping partners determine your provided address is insufficient, and your item is returned to us, unfortunately you will be asked to pay for shipping with an updated address. If you do not update your address after the shipping is returned or you refuse delivery, your items will not be refunded.
We do our best to provide an accurate description of the products we’re offering. All of our products are tested by us before offering for purchase on our store. While we try to describe color and fit accurately, we cannot be held liable for differences in monitor color or personal fit. Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. But we do provide a size guide with each of our designs, be sure to reference that before you place your order.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
